Group Training
All players are matched with same ages and skill levels. Each level is designed to build progressively, ensuring kids develop their skills and understanding of the game at a pace suited to their age and ability.
Developmental Level
Focus: Fundamental Skills Development

Objective: Build on basic skills and introduce more game-related concepts such as team play and positions.

Skills: Improved dribbling, lay-ups, passing accuracy, basic shooting form, defensive stance, and spacing on the court.

Games: Introduce 3v3 or 4v4 games on smaller courts to encourage touches on the ball and understanding of spacing and positioning.

Intermediate Level
Focus: Game Strategy and Team Play

Objective: Develop a deeper understanding of game strategies, team concepts, and more advanced skills.

Skills: Advanced dribbling moves (crossovers, behind-the-back), shooting off the dribble, proper footwork on defense, rebounding techniques, and basic offensive plays.

Games: Full-court 5v5 games with more focus on rules, positioning, and team roles (e.g., point guard, forward).

Competitive Level
Focus: Advanced Skills and Competitive Play

Objective: Prepare for competitive leagues, tournaments, and higher levels of play (school teams, travel teams).

Skills: Mastery of dribbling moves, advanced passing, shooting under pressure, team defense, offensive plays, and basketball IQ (understanding game flow, time management, and strategy).

Games: Full-court competitive games with a focus on teamwork, positions, and strategy. Introduction to more complex offensive and defensive schemes.
